ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Buzzy Gordon is the author of Frommer's Jerusalem Day by Day Guide (published by Wiley & Co). Over the course of his 30-year career spanning more than 75 countries, the award-winning journalist has been a reporter, copy editor, columnist, bureau chief and travel writer on five continents.
In 2007, he became a regular contributor to the travel section of USA Today, a national newspaper with a circulation of more than 2.3 million.
After being one of the team of writers that compiles USA Today's 10 Great Places column, Gordon was invited to write for Globorati.com, a leading website for luxury travel news, and for Travel Agent Magazine and Luxury Travel Advisor. He is a roving correspondent for LuxuryWeb.com and JohnnyJet.com, as well as a contributor to Away.com (of the Orbitz network). His articles have also appeared in National Geographic Traveler, The Los Angeles Times, Hispanic Magazine, Americas Magazine, Executive Traveler, About.com and Jewish publications worldwide.
